Dr. Michal Boyd NP, ND, FAANP, FCNA(NZ).
| Co-Director
Dr Michal Boyd is the Clinical Director for Equinox Health. She has nationally recognised gerontology expertise, which she utilises in her day-to-day clinical practice.
Dr Boyd is also an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Auckland and has led research that has positively impacted the care of older people in New Zealand.
She is a highly regarded health care educator and has worked in many leadership roles, including community health and residential aged care services.
Fran Robertson, RN, MLIS.

Fran Robertson is the Operations Manager for Equinox Health.
She is responsible for managing the contracts with both clients and providers, as well as financial oversight of the practice.
Fran has extensive management experience in the New Zealand healthcare environment, including over 10 years as a frontline manager at a large public hospital. She has also worked as a registered nurse and quality improvement leader in residential aged care.
Sandra Oster,
Nurse Practitioner
Sandra Oster qualified as a registered nurse in the United States in 1985. She became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2003. As a Nurse Practitioner, she provided acute inpatient medical and nursing care to complex general medicine and geriatric patients. She worked her entire nursing career at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, before coming to New Zealand, and was an Instructor in Medicine at Mayo Medical School. In New Zealand, she has clinical experience in primary healthcare and the emergency department at Middlemore Hospital in Counties Manukau. She was Chair of Nurse Practitioners’ New Zealand and is a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Nurse Practitioner training programme at the University of Auckland.
